Putting the app back restored the name and icon. I've located the app within the Public Downloads folder, but removing it only removes the icon from the startup app list and the name changes to FSDUI_Custom. I did use the removal and reinstall tool just in case, but I can't seem to get rid of the Norton Download Manger startup app. I went into Control Panel and uninstalled it from there before learning about the removal and reinstall tool so I don't know if going through the control panel may have missed certain content.
